Our products are dietary supplements. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Orders & pricing
Prices are set and charged in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change. Any US$ amount shown is an approximate conversion for convenience only; the AUD amount is what you are charged, and your bank sets the final amount in your currency and may add a currency conversion or international transaction fee. We may cancel orders affected by errors, stock issues or shipping restrictions (including Australian addresses).
Subscriptions (Subscribe & save)
If you choose "Subscribe & save", you agree to an automatically renewing subscription. Price: the Subscribe & save price shown on the product page at the time you subscribe, plus shipping (A$7.50 to the US, A$39.00 to Australia), per delivery. All subscription charges are made in Australian dollars (AUD); any US$ amount shown on our site is an estimate only, and your card issuer may charge a currency conversion or international transaction fee. Your payment method is charged and a new delivery is shipped every 30 days, starting on the day you subscribe, until you cancel. You must tick a box agreeing to these terms before checkout, and we email you a confirmation with these terms and how to cancel.
Renewal reminders
We email you a reminder about 5 days before each renewal showing the amount, the renewal date and how to cancel. If the price or terms of your subscription change, we will tell you in advance and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime online: sign in, go to your Account page and click "Cancel subscription". No phone call or email is required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current 30-day billing period: you will not be charged again, your subscription stays active until that date, and the delivery you have already paid for will still ship. We confirm every cancellation by email, and our Refund Policy still applies to paid deliveries.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
