Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Australia. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or any other country. Pick your country in the cart and use a shipping address in that country at checkout; orders to Alaska or Hawaii, or to an address in a different country from the shipping rate paid, will be cancelled and refunded in full (or we'll contact you to adjust).
Shipping costs
United States: US Standard shipping is a flat A$7.50 per order (approx. US$5.30). Australia: flat A$39.00 per order. All prices and charges are in Australian dollars (AUD), and the full amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). You'll receive an email receipt after payment.
Delivery time
US Standard delivery takes 2-4 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times to Australia vary by location; we'll email you tracking when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays
Delays can happen due to high demand, stock issues, weather, holidays or carrier problems. If we can't ship your order within the time we stated (or within 30 days if no time was stated), we'll email you with a new estimated ship date.
Your right to cancel if delayed
If your order is delayed, you can choose to cancel it for a full, prompt refund of the amount paid, or agree to the new ship date. If we can't ship at all, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, email us at domtrades@mail.grokbot.com with your order number (and a photo if damaged) within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement or refund.
