Data we collect
Information you give us: your email address when you join our waitlist or email list; your name, email and message when you contact us; and your name, email, shipping address and order details when you buy. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Square; we never see or store your full card number.
Data collected automatically
Basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location may be collected by our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use.
Cookies, local storage & pixels
We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart and whether you've seen our email popup. We may in future use cookies or advertising pixels (for example from TikTok or Meta) to measure our ads and show relevant content. If we do, we'll update this policy, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
How we use your data
To fulfil and support orders, respond to messages, send waitlist and marketing emails you signed up for, prevent fraud, and improve our site. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe anytime.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the store (such as payment processing, email delivery, hosting and shipping carriers), or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Your California (CCPA/CPRA) rights
If you are a California resident you have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; request deletion of your personal information; correct inaccurate information; opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell it); limit use of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email domtrades@mail.grokbot.com. We'll verify your request and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorised agent.
Other US state rights
Residents of other states with privacy laws may have similar rights. Email us and we'll honour applicable requests.
Data retention & security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
